We want you to relax and enjoy yourself during your stay at our cottage. Our rules are simple and few, take a moment to read through the list below:

• Please do come and enjoy our beautiful tree farm on St. Clement's Bay
• Please do not smoke in our cute cottage
• Please do put sunscreen on at least 20 minutes before going into the sun
• Please do remove your shoes before entering the cottage
• Please do call 911 on your cell phone in case of an emergency
• Please do use the first aid supplies located under the bathroom sink
• Please do dry off before entering the cottage and hang wet towels on clothes line
• Please do call us, if you forget something as we may be able to assist you
• Please do help yourself to the printed information on events, maps, etc.
• Please do not leave chairs unattended on pier
• Please do watch the sun come up
• Please do report any concerns or damage immediately
• Please do put all dry dirty towels in the large blue laundry bag (on shelf in bedroom)
• Please do enjoy the wildlife, ever changing views and mile of waterfront beach
• Please do walk the trails
• Please do not bring pets to the cottage
• Please do sign our guest book located on the porch in the antique table front drawer
• Please do enjoy the beautiful trees and other nature
• Please do not sleep more than four (occupancy limit is 4)
• Please DO RECYLE (gray trash can located in back of cottage)
• Please do take your chairs out on the pier when the sun is going down
